"We had just landed after a long flight and were welcomed by the hostess who offered us lovely cold tea. A very relaxing check-in. The room was fine and so was the bathroom. However, there was no breakfast as is shown on the photos for this hotel. We had to go out for breakfast which was not a success."

"Very clean and modern hotel. We liked it a lot. The surrounding area needed a little bit of love, but you can’t blame it on the hotel. For a stay in HatYai we highly recommend it "

"The hotel environment is ok, near to shops and convenience stores within walking distance. Staff is also helpful and polite. The room cleanliness still needs improvement eventhough looks tidy but the floor is quite sticky and can see strains of hair on the floor or the bed, the bedsheet is also looking quite yellowish or with stains."

"Second stay here , both times the beds are comfortable the staff are always helpful & friendly, I wish there were facilities for making tea coffee etc in the room , but there is hot water at reception so it’s not totally without the facility, walking distance to the central shopping mall & ocean shopping mal ( approx 15 minutes taxi will cost around 80baht if you can’t stick the heat "

"Hallway carpets are stained and look disgusting,the rooms are old and depressing,I checked in and within the hour I checked out,a hostel is better than this place,it's also inconveniently out of the city centre and 1340 bht I paid was a ripoff,not recommended to stay unless your really desperate not worth more than 200 bht"

"The staff service is so good then other Hotel. everything was good room was clean customer service very good I'm happy staying I will come again. I also wish the next hotel coming near Kim young market Base from the staff say they have 1 more new hotel much more bigger is on the way hopefully the hotel and service , room must be the same service from icon hotel i wish to come back to Hatyai and suer will stay at icon hotel again. The best Hotel 👍👍👍👍"
