"I didn’t stay there. They didn’t have my reservations. I waited 1 hr before they even told me they didn’t even have anymore rooms. "

"The lobby and breakfast area are being remodeled, so if you have a passed group there's no place to gather. It would have been nice to be notified of this at the time of booking."

"One of the worst hotels I've stayed. I've seen multiple cockroaches in the lobby and inside the premises. The card keys deactivate every day or so. The hotel is understaffed and not particularly helpful -with a few specific instances. The elevator make noises and vibrate. This hotel needs a complete refurbish including pest control. Staff needs to be trained to recognize guests and provide the quality of services expected at a Hilton. Especially when they ask for guest ID to key new card keys...
