"This hotel was quite comfortable, and the staff very friendly. A few things didn’t work, for instance the TV, and one day all the towels were gone, but both were fixed immediately. Some of the interior was somewhat dated. The fridge, for instance, sounded like a rocket just before lift-off. Location was great – close to Birmingham, but also lots of shopping and restaurants within very close (walking) distance of the hotel."

"Stay was great. Marcus at the front desk gave us the fastest and most efficient check in ever. We had some issues with the drains for the sink and tub in the room. Front desk got right on it and had maintenance resolve the issue while we were out. Staff were great and helpful. "
