"I had paid to stay 3 nights. The property is in such poor conditions I can not believe Expedia has this property on there website. Of course the reviews are very inaccurate. The bathroom was filthy. Turned on the water in the tub, water pressure very low. The shower didn’t work and you couldn’t stop the tub to take bath. I asked for another room, but there were no more. "Staff is nice. Rooms were clean. Big parking. Good breakfast. Pool was closed unfortunately on the day we were there. "

"Me and my husband had a 2 night 3 day stay We had no maid service no room cleaning was done they supplied us with 2 additional towels The air conditioning unit was broken in room 114 and the floor by the window was saturated wet I use two towels and a plastic bag to help be able to get into the closet near the saturated floor from the air conditioning unit it was reported we were never offered a different room, and the problem was never addressed or repaired"

"I gave poor ratings…because per the hotel…Expedia is a horrible 3rd party….according to them YOU all change my check out date & I had to pay for another night. The hotel staff said you had not paid them….im not sure where the problem actually lies, but someone owes me a night stay."
