"Our stay was extremely disappointing. We found large clumps of black hair scattered throughout the room, and even floating in the hot tub, along with a large piece of skin. The towels were dirty, containing black hairs and a large glob of spit. Everything pointed to a serious lack of maintenance and cleanliness. When we addressed these concerns with the reception, the staff were rude and unhelpful, claiming to know nothing and saying they didn’t deal with the rooms. They also had no idea about the safe box that was supposed to be in our room. Overall, this experience was unacceptable. "
