"There was a small issue with the light in the bathroom. I let the gentleman at the counter know about it and he was able to quickly switch us to another room. We also had to wait on a ride after our checkout and after returning our rental car. We were wed to wait in the lobby until our ride arrived. Staff was more than willing to help out and made our stay there very welcoming and was a pleasure. Would stay there again without hesitation. "

"I have stayed here many times now and I keep coming back because for the price I don't think you can get better in the area. It's a affordable hotel, so often you're going to have noisy neighbors that you will hear, especially if you are put in a connecting room. The beds are pretty hard and the bathrooms aren't comparable to the Ritz by any means but the ladies that clean do a good job for the amount of rooms they have to turnover every day."

It’s very affordable and I apologize for leaving a review when I was angry. The rules are the rules and if there is ever another time. I will check out then check back in. "The clerk was very friendly, but the property is dated, the window a/c loud, the large window with brilliant lighting, and one of our two trims was dirty with a cockroach in the corner. At the same time, it was a very reasonable rate, but you get what you pay for."

"I stayed for only one night but during that time there was a huge thunderstorm with tons of rain. I was on the first floor and suddenly noticed there was tons of water on the floor by the door. I tried to soak it up with a towel. Didnt help much. Then i was walking around barefoot and my feet were gross and dirty afterwards. Please mop the floors!! Bed wasnt bad and shower was alright. I wouldn't stay here again though."

"The stay at Drury Plaza was ok. The rooms were clean and spacious. No complaints there. But the breakfast buffet was very bad and uninspiring. There were, apart from apples and bananas, no fresh vegetables nor fruit. The bomuld eggs were clearly not freshly cooked at the hotel, but from a bucket/jar. I would suggest going for a bit more ingredients - and just fresh food. Not all that processed food. We did not try the evening buffet for this reason."
