Relax and Enjoy this Lovely renovated Large home on Long Pond in South Yarmouth MA Large back yard with deck, grill, fire pit. Quiet location, walk across to the pond to Kayak and fish. Beach is minutes away. Large 4 bedroom 2.5 bath home with Finished Basement includes Entertainment Room and a bar, with a full bath with a jetted tub. Relax and enjoy Cape Cod at its finest. Pond access is directly across the street, public beach on the pond with child play area. Very quiet area, with Rte. 28 mini golf, water park and salt water beach minutes away.

Excellent rental. We had a great stayPros: 1 mile to bike trail, south beaches, supermarkets, restaurants, and things to do with kids. Five minute drive to little-used Long Pond for swimming and kayaking. Comfortable beds, plenty of room for 8 people on three floors, mini splits to control temp in zones, smart TVs in living room and basement with Roku, well-stocked kitchen with tons of cabinet space, great fenced-in back yard with fire pit and some games for kids, parking for four cars, plenty of towels. Spacious outdoor deck with large table and chairs. Shed to store your bikes. Excellent wifi. Pretty neighborhood. 4 beach chairs.Cons: When first entering there was an ant trap on the floor in the kitchen behind the door which of course our dog immediately spotted but fortunately didn't chew. No need for ant traps because there were no ants. But this would be a hazard for babies or dogs. Probably left by previous renters but should have been caught in cleaning. When we wiped up the area where the trap was, it was clear the floor hadn't been washed recently.When we wanted to use the barbecue Weds night we discovered the tank was empty and no spare tank. The owner offered to swap the tank the next day or for us to fill it that night and he would reimburse. The barbecue was rusted and filthy so we decided to pass on barbecuing.The A/C in the king room is the same height as the bed, is near the bed, and blows right across the bed -- if you're not a fan of A/C.

We had a great family vacation!! Perfect amount of queen/king beds for our group. We loved the spacious fenced in back yard for our dog. We loved the outdoor table and ate many meals out there. Air conditioning units worked great. Beautiful updated and stocked kitchen.We were unable to take the kayaks out as you have to drive them to the beach pond access. Could use more comfortable chairs to lounge in the living room (only space for 3 people) The house could use a little TLC (rusty grill, overgrown garden beds, no small trash cans in baths or bedrooms, missing oven mitts) minor details but overall it was great for what we needed and an awesome location! Owner was very responsive

Grrat family vacation home

Great vacation home for our extended family. This kitchen was the best of any homes we have ever rented - quality dishes and utensils. Very clean. Nice toiletries. Quiet area and great location.Would definitely stay again!

Great house with lots of room and amenities

Our top priority is a good location for our dog! Good or bad, that's the deal, if she is happy life is good. The yard was awesome, the back deck, big table, we ate outside every night. Updated kitchen, with lots of cabinets, lots of space throughout the house. Outdoor shower is key as well. I totally recommend it!

Family Trip

This property was fantastic. Check in instructions were provided in advance, upon arrival the house was very clean. We were a family of six adults and one small dog and the house was the perfect size for us. Located between Dennis and Yarmouth very easy to navigate around. The backyard was beautifully landscaped a little oasis to sit and relax. The added bonus outdoor shower came in handy to rinse off the beach sand. I would not hesitate to rent again

Excellent location and great home

Easy check in. Air conditioning units in each room. Fantastic yard and grill makes for enjoyable nights outside. Easy to get to, great location to walk to the YD Cape Cod baseball games. Plenty of bath towels. Will stay here again.

Great stay Summer 2024

Property was exactly as advertised. House was cool, comfortable and had everything we needed. The yard was beautiful, had a great deck that we used often, and was fenced in which was perfect for our pup. We will be back.

Cape Cod Trip

Our family just returned from a 9-night stay in Cape Cod at this lovely home. We had a great time! The house is roomy with three floors, and the backyard is enormous. Each bedroom has individually-controlled air conditioning units, so we all slept very well. The kitchen has everything you might need to prepare a nice meal, and it looks brand new. We ate our meals at the large dining room table or on the deck outside, which has comfortable outdoor chairs and a table for eight (or maybe even more). The house was very clean when we arrived, and it was easy to settle in for a relaxing vacation. And I can’t overstate how perfect the location is. Very close to free parking at the Cape Cod Bike Trail, food shopping at Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s in Hyannis, beautiful sunset watching at Gray’s Beach boardwalk, tasty dining at Skipper Chowder House (yum!) and Caffe Gelato (double yum!), beach walking at Seagull Beach and others, and, if you want a real treat and are willing to venture slightly farther, movie viewing at the Wellfleet Drive-In. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back to this home for another Cape Cod adventure.

Family of 6

Overall great! Beds were very comfortable, couches were comfy, house accommodated my family of 6 very well. Pond was close but you had to either walk or drive on the main road to get to the beach part of it. The pond was very clean and warm for swimming. Definitely not easy to bring kayaks to the pond unless you have a car to put them on. We brought our paddle boards and really enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere of the pond. Couple nearby beaches to choose from which was nice. Lots to do around the area as well.

Best time at the Cape

Thank you Mr. Jannini for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home in Yarmouth Ma. The house was beautiful and well appointed. We were provided with everything from aa complete selection of cooking utensils to clean bed linens and towels. Sitting in the yard on the deck was wonderful after a full day at the beach. The neighborhood was quiet yet with only a 5 minute drive you could find mini-golf and ice cream! Thank you once again.

Summer week stay

This home was comfortable and homey. All the beds and bedding were quite comfortable. The main floor furniture was new, attractive, and comfortable. We made use of the nice big outdoor fire pit. The dining room table and outside table was large enough to accommodate our family. The brand-new kitchen was well-appointed and we had no problem cooking breakfast each morning for our group. We really liked that this rental included 4 beach chairs. A few small suggestions to make stays for guests even better would be to install mirrors in each of the bedrooms to help a full house when getting ready all at the same time. We would also recommend adding bath towels to the house. With 8 towels for 8 guests we washed towels each day. Additionally, including beach towels for guests' use would be great! Finally, adding a door mat at the side door would help to keep from tracking sand in from the driveway. Our suggestions are quite minor. This rental is located in a nice neighborhood and a great spot, close to fantastic beaches and convenient to stores, restaurants, and entertainment. Edward, the host, was very responsive to all questions in a timely manner. Overall our stay was relaxing we felt this rental met our needs for a nice vacation.
