"Everything was perfect! We completely enjoyed our room and the expanded choice of cable. Everything in there was perfectly maintained and current in the decor, mattresses, bathroom syles and everything else. Nothing negative to say really. The breakfast had a good choice of breakfast items. I especially LOVED the spicey hot honey. Loved the little touches they had. Like coconut and brown sugar for the waffles. No other place I've ever stayed at offered that. So good job on their part. ...
"Perfect quiet neighborhood. Perfect size for us (2 adults and a toddler). It is a 10-15 min drive to zoo, old downtown sites, but 1-5 min drive for essential places. Check in instructions were on website, but we needed to ask for access code. Laundry room was a bonus! Check out instructions were listed on site, but were somewhat different in the BNB so we were unsure which to go by, but we went with the website instructions. Thank you for hosting us! We will be back!"
"The facility is old that is fine but is not well maintained. Sink faucet is loose. Bathroom have moldy stuffs. Amenities not well provided. Towels are very thin and less absorbent. Carpets are old and faded. Noise from outside trackers can be heard at late nights. Pillows are small and not the typical large size pillows. Overall, the facility needs to be upgraded."
"When we got to the property at 22:45, the office was closed. But the door into the rooms was unlocked. We had to call someone to come to the office, and she came to the office barefoot. Then she told me they were overbooked and did not have a room for us. We would have to contact Expedia for a refund."

The gym needs more free weights or a weight machine.
