"Surprised not to Westin standards. Pool furniture was old and worn out. Pool bar was supposed to to open at 4pm per website info, but staff stated it only opens Saturday and Sunday. They should change their info for new visitors to prepare. Room halls had a bad smell. Rooms were a little outdated. Bar had no frozen drinks and limited on what they offered. It wasn’t a totally bad experience but not what we expected from A Westin Hotel."

"Stayed on the first floor. When we arrived the room had a musty smell to it. On the second night water was coming into our room from the next room. Morning of departure they told us a pipe had broken in the next room. Room looked nothing compared to the pictures with the exception of the dining area."
