"The house itself was very nice and clean, and fit our big group comfortably. The host was very responsive to all our questions, and we had a very good stay. The neighborhood itself was a bit sketchy during the night, with there being random car honking noises at 4am and people yelling outside during our stay. That is not the fault of the host though and we never felt unsafe during our stay."

"Great spot for some friends to get together. Free parking is guaranteed late at night, but difficult to find in the mornings. The street that the property is on has non-permit street parking. CTA red line is a few minutes walking, so we had no issues traveling to our event without driving. Property manager was very responsive and accommodating for some last-minute guest arrangements "

"We had a great experience with this stay, my ONLY 4 out of 5 stars was just the parking availability. I did know that it was not a reserve parking but I didn’t realize how much it would cost/how far it was to the lots as we were never able to snag street parking. That is truly the ONLY negative of this whole trip, location, apartments, people etc everything was great! Will stay again! "

"We had birthdays for two people in our friend group and this place was truly so fit for the celebration! The space is well decorated, well cleaned, and well lit. We had a lot of fun touring the space and jumping between rooms and floors. The walk to rainbow beach was easy to follow. Host is very clear and consistent with communication. They’re very sincere in their efforts to improve the place and make sure there’s no misunderstandings. Truly, thank you so much for your space. We’d love to come...

"This property was great for my large family and we enjoyed our stay for the weekend! Check in was smooth and easy. Rooms were clean and the layout provided great space for eating, entertaining, and spending time together. The only complaints were that the handrail of the stairs is very loose which was concerning for older family members, and the water dispenser in the fridge didn’t work so we bought water bottles. But overall, it is a great find and would definitely stay again. "
