"Property manager always reached back out when I had a question so I really appreciated that. Place was about 20 ish minutes (30 ish with traffic) to the main tourist area which wasn’t too bad. Only thing I would change is adding a bit more equipment to the kitchen for guests to use such as napkins, a bit more toilet paper for the bathrooms, cleaner blankets, maybe a bit drawings offered to use for the kitchen like most rental places have but besides that, not a bad place at all and the...

"Very clean hotel, friendly staff. Loved the decor and art exhibits. Very convenient to Rush St and Michigan Ave shops and restaurants. Comfortable beds and pillows, got three great nights of sleep. The 21C Museum Hotel does not have the awful motion sensor thermostats that many of the larger chains (Marriott) are now using. This allows the guest to continuously run the HVAC fan and have good white noise while sleeping. I would definitely stay at the 21C again, and will look to stay at...

"The hotei and including the rooms was very clean. I asked desk hotel clerk to call for us a taxi and he went above to make sure that we were helped. The breakfast were very good. This is the first time me and my wife visited Chicago, and we plan to come again and I would not hesitate to come here again."

"Dejligt hotel nær lufthavnen. Vi overnattede 3 nætter og var 2 dage i Chicago hvor vi tog toget til centrum. Fra hotellet skal med dog med bus for at komme til togstationen og busser køer ikke så tit i weekenden, heldigvis kunne vi køre med hotellets bus til togstationen. Dejlig service. Vi var også glad for Pizza Uno og den gode morgenmad."
