"God service ved ankomst. Vi blev opgraderet uden beregning af en meget flink medarbejder. Værelset var pænt og rent og havde det man forventer af et motel. Perfekt belligenhed i forhold til Grand Canyon og resten af området. Derfor ok med den høje pris. "

"The staff especially in the restaurant (both at dinner and breakfast in the morning), but also at the check-in counter and the pool bar was inefficient and had a lack of control of the situation. They basically didn’t seem to care about customers having a decent experience. I have never had to criticize the staff in general before, but it impacted the overall experience of the place to such a degree that I cannot recommend it to other people."
