"The staff especially in the restaurant (both at dinner and breakfast in the morning), but also at the check-in counter and the pool bar was inefficient and had a lack of control of the situation. They basically didn’t seem to care about customers having a decent experience. I have never had to criticize the staff in general before, but it impacted the overall experience of the place to such a degree that I cannot recommend it to other people."
