"The host was a very kind married couple who live on site. The room was very clean and cozy. The place is in the quiet area and very close to the beach. We were able to rent a scooter from the host. It was very easy to get around. The host was nice to give us a ride to the ferry station. "

"This place is 10 minutes walk from the beach and not at all right next to beach as it shows on Hotels.com’s map. The directions on the site also take you to the beach alas the hotel is actually place right where the Shanshui sign tells you the area starts. Rooms not super clean but ok. Should be vacuumed for human hairs on floor. The common room downstairs is super messy. The area is dead with the exception of a few noodle bars. But we liked that. "

"This is a very nice hotel. The room was one of the largest I ever stayed in. Really first class for the price.
But, the area is terrible... There are almost no restaurants or pubs nearby. And the ones that are there have very limited hours. If you stay there, you will need to take taxi or scooter for everything. I couldn't even buy a cup of coffee nearby."

"This hotel is fine, good location for walking around Magong, reception staff were very good and were fluent in English. Many breakfast options are nearby and we thought the Subway vouchers they gave us are a good system too.
Family Mart is connected to the hotel and if you have a car you can pay your parking penalties at the hotel or in Family Mart when you leave."
