Enjoy the front and back ground level covered patios, and front and back upper level covered decks, all with outdoor furnishings.

Inside, you will be spoiled by the comfortable, vibrant, coastal-themed decor with an open layout of the main room ideal for entertaining as the chef of the group whips up something tasty in the fully equipped kitchen. When it's time to settle down, the living room boasts leather furnishings, a flat-screen TV for streaming your favorite shows, boardgames, and books and free Wi-Fi will be the cherry on top for catching up with friends and family. Enjoy your view of the pool and water inlet from all 3 bedrooms with attached bathrooms and TV's.

NO PARTY POLICY: This home maintains a strict no-party and no-spring break policy. Our local South Padre Island team monitors compliance with our rental policies and responds promptly to any complaints from neighbors. If any guests are found to violate these rental policies, it will result in eviction without a refund. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
