Enjoy a piece of paradise at Seville Condominium Community, Unit 406, your home away from home. A homey condo perfect for creating unforgettable memories with your family and friends as you experience South Padre Island.
Enjoy a meal on the oceanfront wrap around balcony as you take in the breathtaking panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico. In the afternoon, mix up your favorite drink at the wet bar and return to the furnished balcony to sit back and relax while you listen to the soothing ocean waves.
Sunlight warms the spacious living room. Continue to enjoy the views of the ocean through floor to ceiling windows while lounging comfortably on the couch. Unwind in the evening by watching a movie on the large flat screen TV or choose a game from a small selection provided for your entertainment.
Preparing meals is a breeze in the fully stocked kitchen. Enjoy the beautiful granite counter tops as you prepare your favorite meals. Dining table seats 4 guests comfortably, 4 additional seats at the breakfast bar. Take the night off from cooking, order delivery from one of the island favorites: Ceviche Ceviche, Gabriella's Italian Grill & Pizzeria and Los Tortugo's Seafood Market.
The primary suite has a cozy king size bed, perfect for enjoying the exquisite sunrise through large floor to ceiling windows while snug beneath the covers. Additional amenities include flat screen TV and a large dresser offers plenty of storage for your belongings.
Pamper yourself in the primary ensuite. Featuring a large walk-in closet with extra pillows and blankets, beautiful tile shower with sliding glass doors and large marble vanity with sit down makeup station.
The first guest bedroom has a splendid queen size bed, to ensure a restful night of sleep. Additional features include a dresser with ample storage space and a small walk-in closet with extra pillows/blankets. The attached bathroom has a tub/shower combo with sliding glass doors and a sleek marble vanity. The bathroom can be accessed from the entrance hallway.
The second guest bedroom has two twin size beds. Additional features include a 6 drawer dresser, small walk-in closet with a portable fan, extra pillows, and blankets. Freshen up in the attached bathroom with a lovely marble vanity and walk-in tile shower.
The Seville Condominium Community offers direct ocean access to the beach. Take a morning stroll along the beach as the waves dance back and forth along the shoreline. Enjoy lounging by the sparkling pool (heated Dec/Jan/Feb) during the day and unwind in the large hot tub in the evening.
If you decide to leave Seville Condominium Community for a bite to eat, you are a 5-minute walk from Wingstop and PadreRitaGrill. To explore farther island cuisine, shop or experience adventures along the island take advantage of the city's free transportation on The Island Metro. See the Island Metro Schedule here. On the north side of the island experience, close encounters with sea turtles at Sea Turtle Inc. Observe a variety of bird species and alligators at South Padre Island's World Birding Center. A few more miles north is the Island Adventure Park for horseback riding and zip lining over the dunes. Heading south is Isla Blanca Beach Waterpark with both outdoor and indoor water features and rides. Osprey Cruises and Isla Tours offer adventures out on the Bay, including dolphin spotting and parasailing. Come play with us on South Padre Island!

POLICIES & INFO
Resort Fees: At certain times of the year, rentals may charge a one-time, per-guest Resort Fee to facilitate guest access. For more information, consult the Property Description or contact the reservation agent.

Refundable Damage Deposit: Rentals may require a Refundable Damage Deposit from March through Easter weekend. The Rental Company will collect this deposit by cash or credit card at check-in. If paying by credit card, the Primary Renter must present a credit card that matches their name upon check-in. For more information, consult the Property Description or contact the reservation agent.

Age Restrictions: The minimum age requirement for renters is 25. As per Homeowner Association Rules & Regulations, THIS CONDO DOES NOT ALLOW YOUNG ADULT/SPRING BREAK GROUPS.

- This vacation home requires a 7-night minimum stay.
- This rental is family-friendly and non-smoking.
- The number of guests must not exceed the stated maximum occupancy.
- Parties are strictly prohibited.
- Please keep noise levels to a minimum to respect other guests and property owners.
- Professionally laundered and sanitized linens may be exchanged for free on the east side of our off-site Guest Welcome Center from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- Laundry detergent and sofa sleeper linens are available upon request at our off-site Guest Welcome Center.
- This vacation home does not allow pets.
