Located on South Padre Island, Texas, this condo is part of La Isla Residences Complex on the less congested, south end of the island. You will find many local restaurants and businesses are a short walk or drive away, plus the beach and lots of water sports are nearby.

This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is able to accommodate a family of 6-8 comfortably. The master bedroom has a king size bed and attached master bath. The second bedroom has 2 full size beds. Each of the bedrooms has a wall mounted smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped and has beautiful granite counter-tops and stainless-steel appliances. The family room area has a sectional sofa that converts into a sleeper sofa. There is a large Smart TV for relaxing and enjoying movies. The balcony has a small bistro set and provides and excellent location to watch the Space X launches.

Pet and Smoking Policy:
No pets or smoking is allowed inside the condominium. (smoking allowed on balcony).

Parking:
La Isla Residence is gated. There is a limit of two vehicles that can part on the premises. Permits need to be placed on the vehicles to avoid them from being towed. An overflow lot is located across the street from the complex for additional vehicles or watercrafts. A key to the gate door that leads to the access to the beach walkway will be hanging next to the entrance door.

We are local owners and available if needed. The condo has been recently updated and is one of the nicest in the complex. It is our personal family condo that we enjoy with our kids. We wish to share the experience with other families
