Hard to find direct bayfront complex that is in one of the most walkable
locations on South Padre for entertainment & restaurants.
Marlin Arms is a small 12 unit building featuring community use by guest boat
docks for shallow sports boats, super clean pool, pool side charcoal BBQ pits,
& an onsite elevator. Watch fireworks on summer weekends right from your
patio.
This 3rd floor space is the nicest here, very front of building on the water
with three exterior patios. The owner has made many tasteful renovations like
new stainless appliances, furniture & more
What we love about the space
* Bayfront. Kids can fish from the docks or park your boat (first come first serve) yet still just 2 full blocks to free city beach access.
* Floorplan/layout. When you walk in you will notice the completely open feel, with a convenient ½ bath off the living room & kitchen & view of the water. This unit has what could be considered 2 master bedrooms as both have full en suite bathrooms.
Having the living/kitchen in the middle and the bedrooms on each side away
from each other affords the most privacy. 1200 sq feet is in the top 5% of 2
bedroom condos on the island in terms of space allowing up to 8 guests
* Three patios for great conversation areas as well as enjoying margaritas or coffee with a partner that have views of fireworks on weekends in summer
* Location. Park your vehicle here and you can walk to half a dozen venues with live music and likely a dozen restaurants from fine dining to Dairy Queen, Subway & Pizza hut. No need to drive!
* Very ample bedding that is adequate for 2 families to split. Exact bedding is a king in the stated Master bedroom, 2nd bedroom is an adult sized bunk bed with a queen over queen and a pull out trundle bed as a single making for a perfect kids bunk room. In living room is a full sized pull out couch allowing up to 8 people
Flat screens in both bedrooms with full en suite bathrooms as well. Fresh,
clean linens & towels included with all stays.
Nuts & Bolts:
Condo is professionally cleaned and maintained by South Padre Island Trips,
the absolute top rated management company on the island.
While there is a washer & dryer, it is on the 2nd floor of the complex,
community use to building and you have to download an app on your phone we can
provide, we want to be transparent about this - not super straightforward
We offer significant off-season discounts (Sept 15–Dec 15), plus special
pricing for veterans and active-duty military. Message us anytime for a
quote—we’d love to host you.
This condo has several pieces of new furniture, new appliances, and some
recent other updates. This space however is not a full brand new remodel and
is a very reasonable price to reflect this reality PLUS it is directly on the
bay for boat and/or fishing
Please understand one significant drawback is this condo has parking for just
one vehicle with no guest parking. If you have more than that, you can park
the extra at the post office but that is honestly about a mile away
Additionally while this complex is quiet & family oriented - the area it is in
is NOT quiet. The upside is walk to all the entertainment - the downside is
lots of traffic both foot and cars as well as live entertainment does not
provide a dead quiet experience!

House Rules & Policies
To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests, please review and agree to the
house rules:
*Primary renter must be 23+ and present at check-in
*Guests under 23 must message first—additional deposit requirements apply
*Up to 2 pets are allowed, please inquire before booking on additional rules & fees pertaining to dogs.
*White this is a quiet property with security patrols at night the Quiet hours: 10 pm–9 am and therefore No loud music at any time this area is NOT quiet located in its prime entertainment district.
No smoking. No parties. No exceptions.

City of South Padre rental license number available on request
There is space for one full sized 4 door truck. Unfortunately Marlin Arms does
not have guest parking (a drawback to note)
Rental Agreement & Check-In
To comply with city rules, all guests must sign a short rental agreement and
provide a photo ID after booking. This Agreement is e-signed and emailed to
you. Once completed, we’ll issue your electronic door code on day of check in
Door codes are texted to the phone on file by 3 pm on arrival day We cannot
release codes earlier so cleaning and parking remain on schedule
If you’re hoping for early check-in, contact us around 1 pm on arrival
day—we’ll accommodate if we can but not guaranteed. Please contact us.
