Heaven's Paradise at 119 E Carolyn Townhome

  • 119B E. Carolyn has a fantastic floorplan and a tastefully decorated interior! This townhome is 3 bedrooms/2.5 bathrooms!
    The downstairs consists of a spacious kitchen with granite counter tops, beautiful cabinetry, and is fully stocked with all necessary pots, pans, and cooking supplies. The dining room and living area located just off the kitchen with a view to the pristine blue pool. The living room entails a large couch and a flat screen tv. The dining area features a nice 8 person table for guests to sit and enjoy a meal together. There is additional seating for guests on the large kitchen bar. The half bathroom downstairs is very convenient for all guests to use. The property has full internet access.

    All three bedrooms are located upstairs and are extremely spacious. The master bedroom entails a king bed, flat screen tv, and en suite master bath with his and her sinks. The second bedroom offers guests two queen beds and a flat screen tv. The third bedroom has a full size bunk bed. (2 full size mattresses) Two full bathrooms are located upstairs to accommodate guests. There is a balcony located off the master bedroom and the third bedroom. The pool area is very spacious, with plenty of lounging room for guests to relax and catch a tan!

    This home is located less than 1/2 a block from the beach, making it an easy walk to South Padre Island's white sandy beaches and beautiful ocean!

    Previous guests have given good rated it, and VRBO labeled it a top-rated House because of the excellent services rendered by the owner or manager of this House, and has consistently provided great experiences for their guests. Most families or guests that use it recommend it to their friends and some of them are repeat guests. House has a friendly neighborhood, and the South Padre Island has interesting places to visit. Popular attractions nearby include South Padre Island Beach, Dolphin Research and Sea Life Nature Center, and Sea Turtle Inc. The Brownsville South Padre Island International Airport is situated 25 miles from the property. Bring your crew and come have a great time with us. It’s sure to be a fantastic experience!

    IMPORTANT: Upon booking our property, you will receive a request to complete and sign our rental agreement. The principal booker must provide specific information required by our Safely insurance. Please note that a light background check will be conducted by Safely on behalf of our beach real estate investment.

    You are booking a private beach home. As much as we like to please your every need, we do not work as hotels do. We are not a 24/7 service. Any overnight requests, other than REAL emergencies, will be look after the next day. If there is an emergency that threatens a persons life, please call 911.

    The owners of Heaven's Paradise welcome you to their beach home! While staying here, we ask that you follow a few requests that will make everyone’s stay more enjoyable and keep the property looking good year after year.

    1. Parking ~ is limited to 4 vehicles. Vehicles must be licensed, operable and registered to the occupants. Unauthorized vehicles will be towed at the owners’ expense.

    2. Occupancy ~ Maximum capacity per unit is than 12 guests. There must be at least one adult 25 years of age or older, registered, present and residing in the unit through the duration of the tenancy. Maximum occupancy is strictly enforced and exceeding it may result in immediate cancellation of booking or being expelled from the property.

    3. Pets ~ We allow 2 dogs maximum with a $105/dog cleaning fee. The knowledge or trace of unauthorized pets will mean a fine of $400. Pet waste needs to be picked up with the proper waste bags.

    4. Noise ~ Loud noise of any sort; music, loud talking, boom boxes, etc. is not allowed.

    5. Garbage and Tidiness ~ Garbage should all be disposed green/blue dumpsters on the sides of the building. Please DO NOT dispose of cigarette butts, cans, candy wrappers, trash on the ground. We work hard to make certain the property looks good when you check in. Please help us keep it that way by picking up any litter before you leave.

    6. Pool ~ Please wash ALL sand from your body BEFORE entering our pool. The pool equipment cannot handle sand from the beach and causes damage and equipment failure. Please DO NOT leave your children unattended. Our pool water gets HOT during the summer months, the only heater ON during the summer months is the good old SUN.

    7. BBQ ~ We provide a BBQ pit. BBQ must be left cleaned. BBQ left dirty will mean a $100 charge to your credit card. Always follow the local Fire Department Legal Ordinances. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!

    8. Once booked, we will send a custom Rental Agreement for you to complete and send back to us. Without this agreement we will not be able to host you.

    Blue Ocean Vacation Rentals provides the disposable amenities necessary to get your vacation off to a comfortable start. These amenities include 1 set of hotel size soaps and shampoos per bathroom, 2 garbage bags, 1 roll of paper towel, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 dish soap, 1 dish sponge, 4-6 coffee pods and and a small amount of laundry detergent. We do not provide unlimited disposable amenities. It is your responsibility to review what is included in the property and stock with whatever else may be needed for the duration of your stay.

    Towels and linens must only be used for their intended purpose. Do not stain them with food, grease or any other substance. Do not use towels to clean up any mess. Stained towels/linens will be charged.

    Do not hang towels from the balcony or windows. A $100 fine may be applied if you break this rule.

    Subletting not allowed.

    Note: The owners of this property will NOT allow Spring Break activity on the premises.

    Check in is easy and available 24 hours a day with a smart lock on the entrance door.

    The lock box code will be provided to the guest about 48-24 hours before arrival.

    Hosts will be available for check-in assistance up until 10 pm, we ask that guests arriving late please let us know via text.

    Service Animals need to be with the person they service 24/7. Service Animals cannot be left alone in the property. A service animal left alone in the property is not a service animal and will be penalized with a $400 fee.

    "Early" check in and/or "Late" check out will be available, when possible, at a charge of $55 for each occurrence.

    Child's highchair & pack & play on request at $25/each, billed on a separate invoice.

    When you choose to book a private beach home with us, we want to ensure you have a wonderful experience. However, it's important to understand that our service operates differently from a traditional hotel. We are not available around the clock, so while we strive to accommodate your needs, we cannot respond to requests at all hours. Any overnight inquiries, unless they are genuine emergencies, will be addressed the following day. In the case of a life-threatening emergency, please do not hesitate to call 911 for immediate assistance.

    Date changes might be granted depending on the date of the change for a $100 change fee plus any difference in price.

    Cancellations for nightly bookings made directly with Blue Ocean Vacation Rentals will qualify for a 96% refund if they occur more than 30 days prior to the planned arrival date. It is important to note that a service fee of $25 will apply to all cancellations, irrespective of when they are made. No refund will be issued for cancellations made within 30 days of your arrival date. This policy does not apply to reservations that benefit from monthly discounts. If you make your vacation reservation through any other online booking methods, please consult their cancellation policy.

    The host will not cover the costs of a hotel, vacation rental, or transportation expenses resulting from a disruption in utilities, which includes water, internet, cable, or electrical services. Should there be an interruption of water, internet, cable, or electricity lasting longer than 8 hours, guests may choose to cancel their reservation and seek a refund for the unused nights. However, please note that we will not issue refunds for nights that have already been utilized.
