The Space:

Surfside II #109 is a nicely updated condo on the ground floor facing Gulf Blvd - approximately 50 yards to “toes in sand.” No stairs are needed with 2 off street parking spaces.



Your cozy accommodation beckons relaxation with a soothing pastel pallet, comfortable beds with sleeping for up to 6 guests and a kitchen with modern appliances that is fully stocked with the essentials you'll need to prepare your favorite meals.



We do provide towels & linens.



Their is a king in the master bedroom, a double in the 2nd bedroom with 2 twin beds and a pull out couch in the living room as a double. We provide an airbed as well but please bring bedding if you plan on using. There are 2 full bathrooms here.



Your walk to the beach is convenient since Surfside II is located directly across from the beach access and an outside rinsing station makes it easy to wash away sandy feet upon your return.



While we have the best available Internet/WIFI from spectrum they are the only provider on the island and up time and coverage can be spotty at times we want you to be aware of that



If you can't find the network name SouthPadreTrips it's usually means we had a power outage and when the power comes back on It typically defaults the router to the factory network name and password, which is located on a sticker on top of the router.



Generally, if you reboot the router by unplugging it for a few minutes and plugging it back in it will pop up



A lovely tropical courtyard with a sparkling pool, picnic areas and BBQ pits invites you to enjoy the warm outdoors. Grassy areas are perfect for your outdoor games and the spacious pool deck provides plenty of room for lounging by the pool



Message me for pool & hot tub hours - pool is not heated year round, inquire for exact dates - though hot tub is always heated



You'll want to explore nearby shops, popular restaurants and local attractions and Surfside II is located conveniently near many Island favorites. Your relaxing Island getaway begins at Surfside II



We do allow a max of 6 guests including infants at this property. Please understand they do count a golf cart as a vehicle and there is no guest parking at this property.



One of the beds counted by airbnb is an airbed we provide with pump. Please bring bedding if you plan on using

Property is professionally managed locally by South Padre Trips at 2600 Padre Blvd on the Island “just in case” you need help. We do have complimentary linen and towel exchange for stays over 3 nights.

You must attach a pic of your photo ID to age verify as 25 years of age or older. If you are not 25, we do NOT allow you to book unless you contact us first :) though it may be possible with additional requirements

You'll have the entire ground-floor condo to yourself, including two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a comfortable living area with a sleeper sofa. Step outside and enjoy the heated pool, hot tub, picnic areas, and BBQ pits in the lovely tropical courtyard. Beach access is just steps away, and an outside rinsing station is available for your convenience. Please note that pool and hot tub hours may vary, so inquire for specific details.

Getting Around:

Getting around Surfside II #109 is easy! While South Padre Island is very walkable, you'll find ample free parking right at the property with two off-street spaces available. For those arriving by air, the closest airport is Brownsville South Padre Island International Airport (BRO), approximately a 35-minute drive away. Taxis and ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft are readily available on the island for convenient transportation. Explore the island at your leisure, knowing you have easy access to both your accommodation and local attractions.



Other Things to Note:

Please take note of the following: Check-in is at 3 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM. You'll receive an electronic key code the day of check-in, typically by 3 PM, sent to the phone number on file. A mandatory e-sign rental agreement, along with a photo ID, is required before arrival to comply with city regulations. The primary guest must be at least 25 years old. The maximum occupancy, including infants, is strictly enforced. One of the beds is an airbed, so bring your own bedding. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 9 AM. Please ensure the thermostat is set to 78 degrees, all dishes are in the dishwasher and turned on, and all trash is taken out to the dumpster before checking out. Failure to do so may result in a cleaning fee. For stays in March, guests aged 10-35 must purchase a condo security wristband for $25 per person plus tax. There are two off-street parking spaces available.
