Capricorn Villa is a sprawling four-bedroom, three-bathroom beach home where extraordinary beachcations happen. Just a short walk to the pristine shores of South Padre Island, our magnificent retreat invites you and your entourage to paradise. With spacious interiors flooded with natural light and funky decor, every corner of our SPI villa radiates comfort and quirky style. Imagine sipping your morning coffee on the sun-drenched private balcony or gathering with loved ones as you bask in the vibrant sunsets while you lounge in the pool. Capricorn Villa is not just a getaway-it's a dreamy South Padre Island escape!

The spacious downstairs living room has a touch of whimsy with its floral couch, retro console tables, mounted vintage surfboard, and striking fish painting hanging proudly above the massive flat-screen TV. The vast windows dominate the room, with great patio and pool views.

Just outside the double doors, our sprawling paved patio feels like an extension of the living room. Here, a BBQ pit stands ready for sizzling summer cookouts. An inviting array of chairs and lounge chairs create intimate corners for scrolling, poolside selfies, or chatting with your travel companions. Terracotta planters give the space a home-away-from-home feel, leading the eye to a lush lawn that gives way to a private sparkling pool.

The corner downstairs bedroom has a large screen TV, a view of the private pool, and a door that opens directly to the patio. The walls are adorned with stunning photographs of local wildlife, bringing a touch of SPI's beauty indoors. Enjoy the privacy of the ensuite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower. This room is more than a bedroom-it's a dream!

The second downstairs bedroom is adorned with charming fish art, a spacious dresser, and a flat-screen TV. A door opens to the patio and pool, inviting you to enjoy the backyard oasis.

The upstairs living room evokes a sense of South Padre Island nostalgia with its carved wooden pelican statues standing guard and its porcelain dolphin lamps casting a warm, familiar glow. Luxurious reclining couches invite you to sink in and watch your favorite films on the large flat-screen TV. Outside its floor-to-ceiling windows, you can enjoy an endless view of the bright blue sky specked with giant palm tree silhouettes. Its single glass door leads to the wrapwraparoundcony, a favorite spot for lazy afternoons with cool drinks and summer reads. The massive balcony is beautifully tiled with red Spanish tile, has Adirondack chairs, and an outdoor dining table for 6.

Our upstairs kitchen is a sunlit delight with tons of counter space! Full-size appliances are ready to cook up a storm, and the sleek glass-top in-counter stove offers a modern touch to this classic beach house. A pod coffee maker will brew up your morning magic, while the toaster oven makes snacking as easy as pie. A fun kitchen bar that seats four is perfect for entertaining, and the dining table just beyond comfortably seats six for those lively dinner shenanigans.

The upstairs bedrooms each burst with personality! The blue room is a dreamy escape, decked out with lovely fixtures and a stunning sunset print of a pier. The room is a perfect backdrop for daydreams. With a TV for movie marathons and a door that swings open to the balcony, this room invites you to relax and soak up the sun.

Our primary bedroom is the star of the show! The light coral walls and beachy wicker furniture call on the classic beach vibes we all know and love. A large print of the beach and ocean makes you feel like you're just steps away from the shore (and you are!). The massive window lets in plenty of sunshine, and there's a door to the balcony that leads right to the fun. Plus, those stairs? They take you straight down to the pool! The ensuite bathroom is a slice of paradise with a walk-in shower and a soaking tub, perfect for bubble baths and relaxation after a day of South Padre Island adventures!

Resort Fees: At certain times of the year, rentals may charge a one-time, per-guest Resort Fee to facilitate guest access. For more information, consult the Property Description or contact the reservation agent.

Refundable Damage Deposit: Rentals may require a Refundable Damage Deposit from March through Easter weekend. The Rental Company will collect this deposit by cash or credit card at check-in. If paying by credit card, the Primary Renter must present a credit card that matches their name upon check-in. Age Restrictions: The minimum age requirement for renters is 25. As per Homeowner Association Rules & Regulations, THIS CONDO DOES NOT ALLOW YOUNG ADULT/SPRING BREAK GROUPS.

- This rental is family-friendly and non-smoking.
- The number of guests must not exceed the stated maximum occupancy.
- Parties are strictly prohibited.
- Please keep noise levels to a minimum to respect other guests and property owners.
- Professionally laundered and sanitized linens may be exchanged for free on the east side of our off-site Guest Welcome Center from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- Laundry detergent and sofa sleeper linens are available upon request at our off-site Guest Welcome Center.
- Full access to this property requires the use of stairs.
- This vacation home does not allow pets.
- The pool heating fee is $100 for the first three days, and $25 for each additional day. 24 hour advance notice is required.
