Our place is close to the beach, shops, and restaurants, making it perfect for your getaway. For everyone’s comfort, we ask that guests avoid parties or smoking indoors. Outdoor security cameras are in place for safety.

*House Rules**
To ensure a safe and pleasant stay, please review and follow these guidelines:
- **ID & Booking:** The reservation holder must provide a government-issued ID and stay at the property. No third-party bookings. All guests must be at least 18 unless accompanied by a guardian.
- **Guest Policy:** All overnight guests must be listed in the reservation. Unregistered guests will incur a $100 per night fee. You are responsible for any damages.
- **No Parties or Events:** Unauthorized gatherings, excessive noise, or property damage will result in a $200 fine and possible eviction. Quiet hours are 11 PM – 7 AM.
- **Furniture & Cleanliness:** Do not move furniture. Food and drinks (except water) are not allowed in bedrooms. Excessive messes may incur a $90 cleaning fee. Stained linens/towels will be charged ($25 per item).
- **Smoking & Open Flames:** No smoking, vaping, or open flames inside or outside the property. Violations result in a $200 fine.
- **Pets:** Allowed with a $60 fee PER STAY. Pets over 50 lbs require approval. Owners are responsible for any damages or messes. PLEASE NOTE: A $120 CLEANING FEE WILL APPLY IF PET HAIR IS FOUND IN THE BEDS, CARPET AND COUCHES.
- **Check-in & Check-out:** Early check-in must be approved in advance. Late check-out without approval results in a full-night charge, and immediate departure is required.
- **Behavior & Respect:** Rude, disruptive, or disrespectful behavior toward staff, neighbors, or community members may result in eviction without a refund.
- **Security & Noise Monitoring:** The property has a noise-monitoring device (no audio recording). Noise complaints may lead to warnings or eviction. Tampering with security devices results in a $200 fine.
- **Utilities & Mail:** Use water and electricity responsibly. No mail or package deliveries to the property.
- **Long-Term Stays:** Reservations over 21 days may require additional cleaning.
- **Maintenance & Emergencies:** Contact us immediately for urgent issues like leaks, HVAC failures, or security concerns.
- **Legal Compliance:** Illegal activities, including drug use or vandalism, will result in law enforcement involvement, eviction without refund, and possible legal action.
