The Space:
PLEASE NOTE:
It's important to note that the complex requires a amenity access fee of $10.00 (+ tax) per stay per person, granting you access to a variety of on-site facilities including a large pool, jacuzzi, BBQ areas, basketball and tennis courts, a game room, gym, soccer fields, and more. Children under 5 years old enjoy free access. This wristband fee is payable upon check-in at the office and is not included in our quoted daily rental rates.

For those planning their stay during peak periods, please note the following adjusted fees:

- **Holiday Weekends:** For occasions such as the 4th of July, Labor Day, Memorial Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year Weekend, the fee is $20.00 per person for the entire stay.

- **Spring Break and Semana Santa (Holy Week):** During the high-demand period defined as March 1 - March 31 for Spring Break and the week leading up to Easter Sunday plus the following week for Semana Santa, there is a fee of $35.00 per person for the entire stay.

- **Summer Season:** From June 1 to August 7, the fee is $35 per person for the entire stay.

These fees are crucial for maintaining the high-quality amenities and services provided and are payable upon your arrival. They are not included in the daily rental rates and are subject to variation depending on the dates of your stay, ensuring you have full access to all our exceptional amenities for an enhanced vacation experience.
