"I arrived and they provided me my room number (126)
I noticed the door was not closed properly.
I walk in and there was food left over, beer can filled the trash and the restroom unclean.
It was late, approximately 1AM. I requested a refund and they deflected by saying I’m in the wrong room. Yet, two employees present (one in a black shirt and one in a pink shirt) told me what my room number was.

"First room the gave us a/c was not working, the pool was GREEN full of algae and said it was fine, the second room had roaches, they dont have fridge or microwaves due to the roaches. They dont have a vending machine, nor ice machine. 250 for one night and not having anything is crazy never again SAVE YALLS MONEY ITS NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE"
