"Had my parking permit , wrist band & a room key and was held up at entrance for over 15 minutes some older 5ft 4 Mexican dude who didn’t speak any English said “ I wasn’t on the list “ …and also they charge 30$ per head if u have a big family Goodluck the extra charges will be more than the room itself !! Other than that I loved my stay "

"The rooms were clean and close to beach, but these rooms are old, need alot of work, breakfast really sucked, gladly i wasnt charge for wristband, because it was for breakfast cause they had heb pastries. "

"Front desk was a disaster from the moment we arrived. The front desk clearly had no idea what she was doing. she was rude and unprofessional. It took over an hour just to get into our room, and even then, she made multiple unnecessary mistakes along the way. Then came the ridiculous “bracelet fee” $20 per person to be in the premises. No explanation, no justification, just “policy.” So after already paying for the room, we were hit with an extra $80, plus a $5 “resort fee” for a place that is...
