✹ Strict Local Laws & Guest Fines: To preserve the neighborhood's peace, the City of South Lake Tahoe operates a strict "zero-tolerance" policy and issues immediate $1,500 citations directly to guests for violations. Per our rental agreement, any matching owner fines will be passed on to you. Fines are automatically triggered by: hot tub use or outdoor music between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM, street parking (all cars must be on the paved driveway/garage), leaving trash outside the bear boxes, or exceeding occupancy (maximum of 8 adults plus up to 5 children aged 13 or under)
✹ Smart Monitoring & Privacy: For safety and city permit compliance, the property features exterior security cameras (monitoring the driveway, trash boxes, and open backyard/hot tub patio) and 100% privacy-safe, decibel-only noise monitors. ✹ Rental Agreements & Rules: To secure your stay, guests must sign our standard rental agreement and the mandatory South Lake Tahoe "Good Neighbor Contract," as well as meet the city's minimum booking age of 25.
