This is the cabin Tahoe trips are built around.
Floor-to-ceiling natural stone fireplace. A fenced backyard surrounded by ponderosa pines. A two-car garage — rare for South Lake Tahoe. One level, no stairs, and enough space for six.

Guest Access:
This home is exclusively yours for your stay — full private use of the house, garage, and fenced backyard.
Per El Dorado County ordinance, check-in is done in person at our local office (not self check-in). Check-in details are sent after booking confirmation and tax payment. We walk you through the property and hand you the keys directly.
Age minimum (25+) and valid driver's license are verified at check-in. Dogs are welcome with advance notice — please reach out before booking if you're traveling with pets.
Other Things to Note:
Per local ordinance, we do not offer self check-in. Keys are collected at our office and we do a brief property walkthrough before you head over. We appreciate your understanding.

Sales tax (TOT 12% + Measure P 2%) is collected separately via Airbnb resolution center after booking. Required by California state law for stays of 30 days or less.

READ BEFORE BOOKING:
Upon booking, you will receive a separate request via Airbnb resolution center for the Sales Tax which is not included with your booking. The State of California requires us to collect tax on the rent from every guest staying 30 days or less. This feature is not currently supported on Airbnb. Here is the tax percentages associated with your stay:TOT = 4%
Please note, check-in details will not be sent until the mandatory taxes are fully paid.
