This is an amazing house!

This property is beautiful, clean, spacious and super comfortable for a large group. It has absolutely everything you would need for a great vacation, including a huge soaker tub. We enjoyed our stay there immensely and look forward to returning.

This is a beautiful, spacious home. Oven overheated, dishwasher leaked and trash was left in garage.

Beautiful home if you don’t need appliances

Family Birthday Celebration

The home is beautiful! It is very comfortable. It has a great open floor plan where everyone can hang out together eating, playing games and watching tv at the same time. The back porch is the perfect place for a cup of coffee in the morning before heading to the lake. The beds are very comfortable and the 3 bathrooms are a plus! My family loved it!

So Lake Tahoe Family

The house was clean and wonderful for our extended family -- big deck, lots of space, high quality furnishings, and all in a quiet neighborhood to make your stay very comfortable. Right by a forest with tons of trails. The double picnic table, large dining room, and bbq were perfect for family dinners. Thanks for a great place!!

The lighting in bedrooms is too dim

Over all, the Turnkey service is good. The property itself is okay. If there is something to be improved, the lighting in bedrooms could be upgraded to LED.

Great stay

Very spacious, clean, and well stocked. Grill was clean and easy to use. Heater worked well when it was actively snowing. Road to the house was a bit slippery so drive carefully when chain requirements were at level 2.

The home was spacious and comfortably accommodated our group of eight. However, several aspects of the stay made the experience less enjoyable than anticipated. The check-in process was challenging. The door code and Wi-Fi information were only provided in an email sent the morning of our arrival. Unfortunately, I did not have internet access when we arrived and had to drive several miles to obtain a signal and access the information. I recommend providing this information at least a day in advance or by text message. Many travelers do not have reliable internet access while en route, and most vacation rentals provide Wi-Fi details inside the property as well. For the price charged, the property did not meet expectations. Several maintenance issues were apparent upon arrival. The backyard screen door was off its track (there wasn't a track), the refrigerator contained a note stating it would take hours to cool down, and the bunk room door squeaked so loudly that it woke guests during the night. We had to create our own temporary fix. It was also difficult to locate extra towels, and the Apple TV instructions were inaccurate, requiring troubleshooting on our own. Additionally, the garbage disposal did not function properly, several times had to put hands down the drain to clear it.While the property had adequate space and a convenient layout, better maintenance, clearer communication, and greater attention to guest experience would significantly improve future stays.

Wonderful Home, Wonderful Location

The home was spacious, everything was clean and easy to find. The kitchen is VERY stocked with everything a large group needs whether you're cooking or not. I've been to homes for large groups that say well-stocked and it's complete nonsense, but this kitchen had everything you needed to prepare a meal or for basic use, they even had lots of extra spices in the cabinet, some peanut butter and nutella! The water stayed hot in the showers even after all 10 of us needed to shower close to the same timeframe, we all had plenty of room and the board games they had there were pretty fun!

Excellent accommodation

We come to Tahoe every year and this has been one of the best homes we have stayed in. The rooms were all comfortable and spacious with clean and comfortable bedding. There were two family rooms making it great for the older kids to have their space. The kitchen had everything you could think of and more which is honestly rare in my experience. Bathrooms were spotless and everything smelt fresh and clean when we arrived. It really felt like we were staying in someone’s home which had everything thoughtfully laid out for our comfort. The only tiny thing I would say is that we needed more serving utensils and some cleaning rags for the kitchen but that’s it.

This was a roomy house with plenty of living space.

Unfortunately the closet in the master bedroom was locked and there was no chest of drawers: just an armoire with shelves. The back yard was not fenced and there weren’t any comfortable chairs on the deck: only picnic benches. The kitchen was very modern and complete.
