The 4-burner gas cooktop built into the island faces the living room - you'll never have to choose between cooking and socializing. The dining table seats 8 near the bay window, with a glass slider to the balcony right off the kitchen.

The downstairs bonus family room has a foosball table, stone-surrounded gas fireplace, and glass slider to the hot tub terrace overlooking the spacious, fully fenced, landscaped backyard with a hammock and outdoor seating for 4.
