Marriott's Timber Lodge - Ski-In & Ski-Out - Sleeps 8!

Come enjoy the beautiful outdoors with a fun filled week at this lodge in South Lake Tahoe. You can enjoy anything from hiking and skiing to kayaking and swimming all in the same area.
Around the corner is Heavenly Village which has many options for dining, shopping, and entertainment like a cinema, ice skating rink, mini-golf, and live music venues. Or you can hike up dozens of trails by Emerald Bay and look out over the beautiful waters. On Lake Tahoe you can find water sports like jet skis, kayaks, and paddle boards too. Almost anything you could want to do outdoors is all in one place!

The property and surrounding area has all kinds of entertainment options. On-site there is a large, heated, outdoor pool, sauna, whirlpool, and splash pad for the kids. Inside there is a kids activity center with a log cabin playhouse, books, games, and movies for the little ones to enjoy. There is also a designated teen lounge area, though anyone can enjoy, that has video games, foosball, and a big screen TV in it. There is a convenience store on-site with all the necessities and some snacks. There is also a fitness facility that offers classes and workout equipment for you to enjoy.

Our 2 bedroom villa is spacious enough to accommodate up to 8 guests comfortably. In the primary bedroom you’ll find a king size bed, LCD TV with premium channels, and a large en-suite bathroom. The primary bathroom consists of an oversized jacuzzi tub, dual vanities, and a walk-in shower. In the guest bedroom you will find another king bed, a sitting area with pullout sofa, dining area for 2, LCD TV with premium channels, and en-suite bathroom. The guest bathroom comes with a combination tub and shower and a single vanity. The main living and dining area has a pullout sofa, LCD TV, DVD player, fireplace, and table for 6 guests. Overlooking this is the full kitchen with everything you need to cook a home cooked meal, minus the food. There is a full refrigerator, conventional oven, stove, microwave, dishes, glasses, and utensils. Off the kitchen is a washer and dryer as well.

An ID and credit card are required at check-in for a refundable security deposit.

Housekeeping Services available upon request for a fee.

State tax and tourism fee of approximately $38.50 will be applied at check-in (subject to change).

Valet parking only, daily fee of $35/US dollars. 4 Electric Vehicle charging stations for a fee. No: self-park, boats, RV’s, trailers, vehicles over 7’ 2”.
