This inviting upstairs condo features a comfortable living room with a fireplace, beautiful lake views, a fully equipped kitchen, and two sleeping areas with two full bathrooms. We even provide a few Presto logs to help you get cozy after a day in the snow.



Sleeping arrangements:

Private bedroom on the entry level: Queen bed, TV, and full bathroom with tub/shower.

Open upstairs loft: Double bed, twin bed, TV, and full bathroom with shower stall.

Bonus room: Kids' table for games or extra luggage storage.

All three TVs have Roku devices with the Spectrum app, making it easy to enjoy a movie night after your mountain adventures.



A storage closet provides convenient space for skis and snowboards during winter stays.

When traveling to Tahoe in the winter be prepared for  winter driving, possible road closures  and delays in snow removal. 

You are booking a trip to the mountains so please come prepared.

Our snow removal crews work every day, but we have no control over the county road snow plows that clear the roads.

4WD and or chains are always recommended. If you come in a small, low profile vehicle you may have difficulties.

Tahoe experiences frequent power outages during heavy snow storms or high winds. We provide lanterns or flashlights.
