PARKING

The home features a large 3 car garage with 3 additional spots on the driveway - totaling 6 cars max for our property. Street parking is extremely limited, so please be sure to reach out if you feel you will have more.


SMOKING & VAPING

We are a smoke free property, this is non-negotiable. There are walking trails nearby you can go smoke at, however we ask you please respect the property being a smoke free area, for kids and future guests. Smoking or illegal drugs found on the property will incur a minimum $500 fine.


PETS

We’re delighted to welcome your four-legged companions! To keep our home fresh and allergy-free for future guests, we require all pets to be disclosed upon booking. A $150 pet fee applies to cover specialized cleaning. Limited to one pet per stay. Exceptions may apply.
