The Darling Duplex South is one of two units or apartments in the building. The South apartment comfortably accommodates up to six guests in two plus bedrooms and one full bathroom. The first floor bedroom has a queen bed. The second floor bedroom has two queen beds. The second floor sitting room has a twin daybed with a pull out twin trundle bed. There is one bathroom located on the first floor with a sink, toilet and shower. The living room has a large sectional sofa and smart TV. The galley kitchen has a natural gas cooktop, built-in combination oven and microwave, refrigerator freezer with icemaker and a dishwasher. All of the necessary cookware, utensils, etc. for home prepared meals are provided. Please note that the driveway, front porch and backyard are shared spaces with the North apartment. The backyard has a covered deck with comfortable seating, an outdoor dining table with seatingfor eight on the patio, a fire pit surrounded by red Adirondack chairs and a BBQ.
