"We stayed at the Maldron Hotel in July 2025 for three nights and, unfortunately, feel compelled to leave this review due to several issues that affected our stay. Check-in Experience and Parking Confusion. From the outset, the check-in process was problematic. We asked the receptionist several times for help with parking, but he was unsure which parking garage the hotel had an agreement with and had to call around to find a promotion code. He appeared generally confused, which led to us parking...

"Bexs rooms are a great find we had rooms 1and 2 we were not disappointed. Easy to find, parking by the rooms. rooms were clean,tidy, had everything that we wanted.beds were great we slept like a baby!! Outside area with table and chairs was a nice touch. This will definitely be our go to place when we are back in Ferring seeing family ....thanks for a great stay "

"Business trip for one night. Room was comfortable, breakfast was great. However, the best part was when I desperately needed to work and print some documents ready for a presentation, I was having a terrible time getting everything to work. Member of staff on duty Patricia looked after me amazingly, coffee, helped me find cable etc....above and beyond, excellent service, thank you Patricia for turning a bad day into a better one !"

"I booked the sea view room for my girlfriend’s birthday and it was incredible. The whole hotel is so so beautiful, chic and well designed. The staff are amazing both front of house and spa. We have left feeling very relaxed and will definitely look at staying in some of the other locations! "
