Come stay at our newly renovated, bright, & modern home less than 10 min by car to bayside beaches known for gentle waves and expansive shorelines during low tide. This home has 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and a brand-new kitchen & living room. The great room offers extra space for lounging, dining, or working. Outside, rinse off in the outdoor shower before grilling and enjoying a meal on the back deck, or relaxing by the fire pit. Close to beaches, restaurants, and more!

This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom private home has been lovingly renovated to comfortably sleep up to 6 guests. All the appliances, furniture, and bedding are brand new for your enjoyment.

As you enter the home, you will be greeted by a modern & comfortable living room with ample seating. Sit back and grab a book from our bookshelf and soak in the afternoon sun as it flows into the space. You can also stream your favorite TV shows from our new flat screen TV. Netflix is on us!

The primary bedroom is carefully decorated to create a tranquil environment and has a comfortable queen bed with cozy bedding. The closet has been removed to make room for a brand new ensuite bathroom with standup shower, fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Note that storage space is limited in this bedroom, but there is room underneath the bed to tuck away your luggage, and small storage areas in the nightstands.

Next to the primary bedroom is a bright and airy bunkroom, perfect for guests or young children to share. There are 3 twin sleeping spaces in this room (twin bed + bunk beds). This room has ample storage space, including a closet and dresser. Some toys are provided to keep little ones entertained, and books are provided to help with bedtime.

On the other side of the living room is our brand new, fully stocked kitchen with all new cabinets, appliances, and cookware. Make yourself a cup of complimentary coffee with our Keurig. And help yourself to all the things you need to cook yourself dinner from scratch. We also include some plastic dishware for the kiddos with butter fingers ;).

The kitchen opens into the Great Room which offers additional space for guests to enjoy and makes the home feel more spacious. There is a futon for extra sleeping space, a desk station, and a dining area with seating for 6.

The Great Room leads to our private deck and spacious backyard. Fire up a meal using the BBQ grill and gather underneath the large patio umbrella. At night, cozy up by the fire pit with your favorite beverage or make some s’mores!

Make use of our outdoor shower to rinse off after a long day at the beach.

AMENITIES
Complimentary towels and bed linens are included with your stay. Plentiful shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are available in both bathrooms. There is a stackable washer + dryer on the main level with complimentary detergent and softener to use during your stay. Complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamers await you in the kitchen.**
