Summerwind - Ocean views and walk to beach

Summary:
Beautiful well maintained home with fabulous views of Nantucket Sound and a short walk from driveway to beach. Professionally landscaped grounds with bushes and trees providing great privacy. The upper level has a fully equipped kitchen, separate dinning room, living room with wood burning fireplace, all with ocean views. There are 3 good size bedrooms with large closets and some antique furniture, and 2 bathrooms (family-2 sinks & en suite master).

The Space:
The deck expands across the south side of the home overlooking a lovely Nantucket Sound beach and is accessible from sliding doors off the dinning room. There is central A/C, WiFi internet access, Cable TV, DVD and everything you need in the kitchen. Lower level has sliding doors which exit out to ground level and beach with partial privacy area to keep beach items. There is a bar area (not wet) a large TV room with leather furniture, wood burning fireplace, large flat screen digital TV. & Bathroom. Game room has regulation size pool table, closets, dressers, and queen size futon. There is a large walk thru laundry room with full size washer and dryer. Beyond is the ''kids'' room with a set of bunk beds, dresser, armoire, and crib.
Additional amenities include: whole house fan, central air conditioning, TVs in kitchen and master bedroom which has new (2017) king mattress & box springs. Bedroom #2 has new extra long twin beds (linens are supplied) that can be made into a king-(king linens not supplied just bedspread), Bedroom #3 has a 4 poster Queen bed with newer mattress. There is a new trundle in the lower level that pulls out to make 2 twins. Outside has shower, 2 grills; a Weber charcoal grill and a gas grill.

Guest Access:
You will access to the entire property.

Other Things to Note:
Please note that linens and bath and kitchen towels are provided. Beach towels are not. Please plan to bring your own. Sandy towels, etc are not allowed in the washer/ dryer.

Disclaimer: If a remote control is lost, you will be responsible for covering a replacement cost of $75, in addition to the cost of the remote itself.

Interaction with Guests:
