I'm sorry you didn't enjoy your stay with us. Our bathroom floor with ceramic tile is not dirty, as we clean them every day. There are 3 receptacles in the main room (one in the bathroom), along with a bar in one plug, so you have a choice of 10 plugs. That is more than enough. At least we have TV and free wifi.

Shannon, Not sure what motel you were staying at, but you did get a queen bed. Our water has never smelled like sulphur, and in fact , many people respond that our water is the best tasting water they have ever had (much better than town water). We have 3 filters on our water system before it reaches your room, so many minerals are removed. 129.95 is not that expensive for the Bruce Peninsula. It's disappointing you did not come to the office regarding your concerns.

We never say we have no reservation if there is one made. I had one gentleman call to say he had a reservation that night, and since I had only one customer left to check in, I told him he had no reservation; to which he replied that it was good since he was going to have to cancel. Other than that ,we have not had any inquiries about the room. We waited until after 10 pm on Tuesday, August 24th for you to show up and you did not. As per contract with Expedia, you were charged on the 10th when you made your room reservation, which was non-refundable.

In Ontario, the emergency order was revoked on June 9th. Your mask was not even covering your nose most of the time, and since you were having problems keeping it on, I suggested you could remove it. In our country, we have freedom of choice and speech. Flies enter the room if you leave the door open - we have none in the office! Soap was supplied, but shampoo is not.

All the motels in Wiarton are on the highway, as you were aware when you booked the room. You were more than welcome to sit on the patio to enjoy nature. Thank you for your feedback.

The TV did work - it is satellite tv, so if you are not familiar with their workings, you could have come to the office to ask for help and we would have been more than glad to assist. Thank you for your feedback.

Thank you for your feedback. In regards to your earpiece, you should tell the full story. I gave you the link to a local parcel shipping company that would pick this up and mail it to you. I told you I did not want to go downtown because the road is all torn up and it would be a half hour trip there and back. My concern was also COVID 19. Why you would call a third party when you could have done this yourself is beyond me.

Our rooms are cleaned by 2 people; we also use an ozone generator in all the rooms which kills all viruses. Unfortunately we cannot control the noise of fans and air conditioners; if too noisy they can be turned down or off. Thanks for your feedback.

Not sure where this is coming from, since we have never had rooms for $99. Your booking was through Expedia and you were aware of the price when you reserved the room. The choice was yours. Also our larger rooms have never been as high as $200. Believe you must have the wrong motel. Call Expedia to find out the problem.
