Sustainably built to produce as much energy as it uses, this place provides memorable stays for visitors to South Bend & Michiana. Enjoy a ‘little’ luxury with 18 ft ceilings, natural light galore, a balcony with grill, a fully stocked kitchen, highspeed Wifi & TV, and a Notre Dame-themed bedroom. The Near Northwest Neighborhood (NNN) is one of South Bend’s most diverse and engaged neighborhoods. It is located just steps away from downtown South Bend, with its restaurants, museums and vibrant cultural life. It is just minutes, by bike or car, from the University of Notre Dame, St. Mary’s and Holy Cross. Beacon Hospital is also located within its boundaries. The Riverwalk and Biketrail runs along its eastern edge, with connections to bike trails that lead into Michigan and eastern St. Joseph County.
