The Coudere house is a unique location for a peaceful stay on the Landes coast. In a truly green setting, on the edge of the forest, it offers tranquility and serenity in all seasons, just 8 km from the beaches and close to all summer activities and shops. Here you will appreciate the privileged natural setting with breathtaking views of the oak trees. To enjoy the outdoors, a terrace is available with garden furniture, a gas barbecue, a parasol, and sun loungers. You will also be charmed by the architectural character of this traditional brick house, which has preserved elements of the past, combined with modern comforts for a perfect stay with family or friends. This detached house is all on one level. It can accommodate 6 to 8 people maximum. There is a neighboring house next door, but a fenced-off wall ensures the privacy and independence you need for your stay. It comprises: - a living room with TV and Wi-Fi - a separate kitchen: electric stove with oven and hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, electric oven, and microwave - 4 bedrooms with 3 queen-size beds and 2 single bunk beds - a bathroom with shower - a separate toilet - a laundry room with washing machine For your convenience, bed linens, towels, household linens, end-of-stay cleaning, as well as water, electricity, and heating are included. Baby equipment (travel cot, bathtub, high chair, potty) can be provided upon request. A bicycle shed is available.
