"A lovely residence in the heart of the Medina with a wonderfully welcoming and helpful host. We had a good-sized room with small sitting area and comfortable bed, traditional decorations, and an enclosed balcony overlooking the interior courtyard where breakfast was served in the morning. The rooftop terrace is lovely, and the walk in from the nearest street wasn’t bad even with the cobblestone streets. Our thanks to Aziz for making our stay so pleasant! "You will never find hotel staff more friendly and caring and helpful where they can than the team here. I had a terrible vacation in the country, however, the kindness of the staff here was amazing. Amine, was so helpful and make me feel so comfortable and was extremely professional and a very helpful resource for my many questions, made great recommendations and made it a pleasant experience. They were extremely kind and professional, we highly appreciate every single effort done to make us feel comfortable. The location of this hotel is great, close to the beach and near plenty of rest too. We will be back!"

"Had a really great stay. The lifeguards, waiters and all staff were amazing. So attentive and would do anything for you. Cannot fault any of the food, although appearing as a normal buffet, it is all of immense quality and I cannot fault it. The culinarium experience is also amazing. Everywhere is clean. Only downside is that floors could be very slippy at times but cannot help that!"

"This hotel is very lgbt friendly. I had to flee another hotel due to homophobia and bigotry and the Hotel Sousseana was an excellent replacement and a safe haven too . Very friendly reception staff who were knowledgeable about the local area and respected my pronouns as a non binary person. Excellent breakfast every morning, friendly staff who respected my pronouns and great restaurants nearby . Multi cultural mix of people and a nice retro hotel . What’s not to like "
