To ensure a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable stay for everyone, please review and follow the rules below. By booking this condo, you agree to all house and condominium policies.
🔕 Noise & Behavior
No Parties or Events: Strictly prohibited.
Quiet Hours: Keep noise to a minimum after 11:00 PM.
Condo Rules: All guests must comply with Cabarete Morning Breeze condominium regulations.
No Loudspeakers: Speakers are not allowed inside the unit or in common areas.
👥 Occupancy & Visitors
Max Occupancy: Up to 4 guests.
Visitors:
Max 2 visitors at any time.
Visitors staying over 4 hours are considered guests.
Overnight visitors must be declared in the reservation.
Fees:
$10 per guest per night after the second guest.
Undeclared guests: $20 per guest per night.
🚫 Prohibited Items & Activities
Hookah: Not allowed; violators will be expelled.
Any prohibited items will be seized and returned at check-out.
🚭 Smoking Policy
Smoking inside the condo is strictly prohibited.
Smoking fee: $200 if smoke is detected inside the property.
Smoking is allowed on the balcony with doors closed.
🔐 Keys & Security
Lost keycards: $50 replacement fee.
Guests must provide a valid, working phone number before or during check-in.
By reporting an issue or maintenance concern, you authorize the host to enter the unit to resolve it (cleaning, repairs, etc.).

Up to 30 minutes late: $50
Over 2 hours late: Full extra night charge (does not extend stay)
