BBQ included, smart tvs in every room, safe deposit box in master.
Cameras along the perimeter of the property but NOT of the Pool area.
All unannounced guests will be charged a fee of $40 per person per night if exceed more than 6 person, not to exceed a max occupancy of 10 guests.

Music shall never exceed 60 decibels, no loud music past 10pm, fines of $100USD will be assessed by the complex for every occurrence. As per the complex regulations we don’t allow any drones, fines could be assessed by the complex with up to $20,000RD
