"This is not a hotel. Is basically a hotel room rented as an “ apartment” except there is no cleaning service which makes sense but when I came in, at the dishes where sticky and not fresh, the shower was literally black and not deeply cleaned in a very long time. Lots of l hair everywhere. The bed did not have bed sheet protection… pillows were weird. My daughters and my head was super itchy towards the morning.

"Everything is fine starting from reception to checkout. Staff are pleasant and welcoming. Breakfast is fit for purpose but sitting space is bit crowded with some sitting away from buffet area. Room cleaning timing is long so by 4pm it is still not done."
