"We really liked Tarsis Hotel. The staff was really welcoming and nice. Especially the male receptionist and the guy at the door during meals. We felt really welcome at this hotel. The facilities at the hotel was nice, although some places the conditions of the hotel was not completely maintained. But the staff made up for everything. Our room was spacious and well maintained and had everything we needed. The meals in the restaurant was tasty and at the time we were there, it wasn't overcrowded which was nice. There wasn't the same noise in the restaurant as we have seen in other all inclusive hotels. The only bad thing I have to mention is the wifi in our room. We couldn't keep a connection even though the kind receptionist tried to help us out. It didn't ruin our stay though. Our kids liked the waterpark and we had sunbeds every day. There were 2 other pools beside in the waterpark, so there were nice options for everyone. Even though the hotel wasn't right by the beach, the hotel offered a free bus to it. And we could walk for about 15 minutes from the hotel and reach endless shops. We overall had a very nice stay at Tarsis and would recommend it to others."
