Directly on the sea, Villa Le Tonnare overlooks with its covered verandas one of the most beautiful gulfs in the Mediterranean. The Gulf of Asinara. The view sweeps as far as the eye can see over the sea and the sea is only 20 meters below the house and is accessed via a passageway and a private gate.
The villa is surrounded by two covered verandas, one of which overlooks the sea, with stunning and evocative views.

Villa Le Tonnare consists of 4 large bedrooms (3 doubles and one with a bunk bed) and two new bathrooms (with shower). The room is very large with two double sofa beds and has several living areas.
The Villa is equipped with every comfort, with full open kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher, iron and ironing board, mosquito nets, air conditioning and in the living room you will also find a beautiful fireplace.

In the veranda facing the sea is a large table for 16 people, the area is always shaded and during the summer will be the meeting area for guests, the barbecue with water point is the ideal place to prepare lunches and dinners, enjoying an unparalleled sea view.
A large indoor parking lot completes the property.

The sea below is clear and clean, with pebbles and sand, a wild beach outside the state property that may show signs of storm surges, but still ideal for swimming with rubber shoes.

The municipality of Sorso, within which the area falls, has been named Blue Flag 2023 for the clarity of its waters. The beach is mixed, consisting of pebbles and sand, depending on sea currents. From the villa you can reach the beaches of Stintino, Valledoria, Porto Torres, Isola Rossa, Alghero with a few minutes' drive.

Quiet neighborhood, 2 km from the village of Sorso and a short distance from Castelsardo. Area close to the center of the beaches. The sea below is not sandy, but is ideal for bathing in the morning. Rubber shoes are needed.

Car is needed to get to the villa, to do shopping, and to get to the town of Castelsardo, Alghero, and Stintino, which are a short drive away.
