"Great location, but not quite a 4-star experience. Excellent location, good breakfast and a pleasant rooftop pool. However, several things disappointed us. The bed sheet came loose every night, leaving us sleeping directly on the mattress. Only one elevator worked during our entire stay, and many guests eventually gave up waiting and used the stairs. I was also confused by the restaurant information, as I could not match the restaurants advertised online with those actually open during our stay. At check-in we were told that guests may not bring food or drinks to their rooms. I even asked whether this included bottled water and soft drinks, and was told that it did. The parking information should also be reviewed. Hotels.com and the hotel's own information indicate that parking is available at the hotel, but guests are actually referred to a valet service. More concerning was that we could see empty spaces in the hotel's garage but were told they were reserved for other guests. This created an impression of double standards, which reflects poorly on both customer service and business ethics. The valet operator also accepted cash only, which feels outdated in 2026. Overall, a pleasant hotel in a great location, but one that falls short of the 4-star experience it aims to offer."
