Recently renovated, Villa Vesuvio is complete with 5 Spacious Bedrooms, 5 Luxurious Bathrooms, private swimming pool, large private terraces with sea views, a private garden, air conditioning, Wi-Fi and parking. All cleaned and sanitised to a high level by our specialised team, Tastefully decorated, Villa Vesuvio is the perfect retreat for Small Groups or Families who are looking for the ultimate luxurious and stylish getaway in Sorrento.

    The Space

    Villa Vesuvio can accommodate up to 10 guests, the perfect Villa for Families or Small Groups wanting to be located in the heart of the Sorrento Coast.

    The Villa offers a spacious garden with a children’s play are and a swimming pool with solarium area. The pool is available from the beginning of April until the end of October.

    The large open living room is very elegant and cosy, ideal for spending time to relax. It includes sofas, armchairs, a dining table for ten people, large Smart Tv. From the Living Room you will have access to the terrace with the most amazing views of Sorrento and the Gulf of Naples, which also has a lounge area with coffee table and chairs where you can enjoy your breakfast or quick lunch.

    Our Villa is located in a wonderful and very safe area in Sorrento Coast, Priora. You will have complete private access to the property and there are also no shared areas or common spaces with other guests.

    Other details to note

    Extra costs to be kindly provided at the check in:



    • Security Deposit: 500€ refunded at the check out

    • Cleaning fee: 250€ total per stay

    • City Tax: 4€ per adult, per night (From April 1st to October 31st)

    • Pets Fee: 50€ per night

    • Late check in Fee 50€ (8.00 pm - midnight)

    • Two panoramic terraces with sea views

    • Toddler play area in garden

    • Two lounges with terrace access

    • Double sofa bed (prior agreement required)

    • Air conditioning throughout property

    • On-site parking for 3 cars

    • Wi-Fi

    • Daily Housekeeper for 3 hours in the morning, except on Sundays (upon request and subject to availability, the day off can be changed).

    • For stays of 3 nights, one day of cleaning service is guaranteed.

    • Gardener on site every morning at the villa for maintenance of the garden, swimming pool, and hot tub.

    Damage and Incidentals

    You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.

    Parking

    Private and Secure parking is also available on site free of charge

    Swimming Pool

    The Swimming Pool is available for use from April to end of October

Relaxing location but had some issues

It was an absolutely stunning property with the most amazing view. However there were some issues with the accuracy of the website and communication. The website states that it is an 18 minute walk from the beach. You can’t even walk to the beach. It’s about a 15 minute drive to the center of town. It also said it had a tennis courts and came with a boat. Some of the pictures were outdated, such as the picture of the swing set. Next, the communication was challenging. There were 3 people I was communicating with and none of them talked to each other. This made everything very confusing. In addition, the car service was terrible. The agreed upon price was not respected. We were over charged the first trip (from the airport to the villa) and then told that it would absolutely be a set price going back. However, when we got to the airport, we were informed that the price for the service was more than agreed upon. My recommendation it is not to use their car service. Lastly, changing of the towels was confusing. I thought we would get fresh towels every 3rd day but that didn’t happen. The housekeeper was so kind and made us fresh dishes from their garden. The pool was great and refreshing on a hot day. The views were stunning and we had a great time.
