Luxury villa with exclusive use of the pool near Sorrento

With 400 square metres of outdoor, panoramic terraces, Villa Paradiso & Spa is immersed in the greenery of 6000 square metres of private grounds and is the perfect destination for a dream holiday. Recently renovated and equipped with all modern comforts, this property boasts a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Naples and the islands of Capri, Ischia and Procida.

We already have several bookings through VRBO for Paradiso & Spa and we also have great reviews for the other properties, which we market, in the local, surrounding area. 

The villa is decorated with historic, hand-painted majolica tiles and boasts luxury comforts including a wonderful wellness centre, complete with a Turkish bath, chromotherapy shower and a small bathroom. The pastel-colored exterior and interior combine perfectly with the furnishings and the famous Vietri ceramics to provide a relaxing atmosphere. One of the main features, which make this villa unique, is the panoramic outdoor swimming pool with sundeck, which is located on the roof terrace.

The villa is located about 2.5 km from Sant'Agata Sui Due Golfi, where you’ll find restaurants, shops and public transport links. The closest restaurant and bus stop are 500 metres away and the closest beach, Marina del Cantone, is about 9 km away.

To make the most of your stay at Villa Paradiso & Spa, we recommend a car which you can park on-site inside the gates.

From the parking area, you need to walk along a private path to reach the villa. The path is about 50 metres long and there are about 20 steps. There is also a ramp for guests with disabilities.

The private pool is 35 metres squared and 80 centimetres deep. The area is furnished with a table, chairs, a parasol and an outdoor shower. From the pool, you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea and the Gulf of Naples. The pool is available all year round.

The first terrace is furnished with long, stone benches, tables, chairs, parasols and sun loungers. You can enjoy a wonderful view of the sea and the Gulf of Naples from the terrace.

The second terrace is furnished with sofas, armchairs and a barbecue. It is partly shaded by a straw pergola. From here, you can enjoy a fantastic view of Sorrento, the Gulf of Naples and Vesuvius.

The spa area is on the ground floor and contains a Turkish bath, a chromotherapy shower. There is also a bathroom containing a sink, toilet and a shower. From here, you can also access the second terrace, through a French window, where you can enjoy a view of the sea and the coast. There is also an arched window that opens onto the second terrace. You can also access the spa area from the living room.

The living room is stylishly decorated and includes some antiques. Here, you’ll find a sofa, a large, elegant fireplace decorated with old majolica tiles, a large flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a DVD player, an ethernet socket for connecting to the internet, an armchair and a desk. The room is fitted with air conditioning and heating. From the living room, you can access the terrace, through double-glazed French windows, where you can enjoy a wonderful view of the sea and the coast.

The dining room has a dining table and chairs to accommodate for eleven guests. From here, you will have access, via a double-glazed French window, onto the first terrace with a view of the sea and the coastline. The dining room is also accessible via the living room through an archway.

The kitchen is equipped with a four-burner gas stove, an electric oven, a fridge with a freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave, a Moka coffee pot, an americano-style coffee maker, a toaster and other small appliances. The kitchen has three large panoramic arched windows with a view of the terrace and the sea. It is accessible via the dining room through an archway.

The first bedroom, which is accessible from the living room, has a double bed, a television with satellite channels and air conditioning and heating. Through a double-glazed French window, you can access the first terrace.

The first bathroom with shiny ceramic and marble tiles and has a sink and a toilet. It is accessible from the living room. The second bathroom, which is accessible from the corridor, has a toilet and sink. Here, there is also a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.

On the first floor, there is the second bedroom which is accessible via the corridor. It has a double bed, a desk and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. The room is fitted with air conditioning and heating. The ensuite bathroom has a sink, a toilet, a large shower cubicle and a hairdryer. From the second bedroom, you can access a terrace with a view of the sea and the valley.

The third bedroom, accessible via the corridor, has a double bed and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. The room is fitted with air conditioning and heating. The ensuite bathroom has a sink, toilet, large shower cubicle and hairdryer. From the third bedroom, you can access a terrace and enjoy a beautiful sea and coastal view.

The fourth bedroom, accessible via the corridor or its own independent entrance, has a double bed, a small sofa, a desk and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. An additional single bed is available (on request) to turn it into a triple room. The room is fitted with air conditioning and heating. The ensuite bathroom has a sink, toilet, large shower cubicle and hairdryer. You can access the small terrace at the back of the property through a double-glazed French window.

The fifth bedroom, accessible via the corridor, has two single beds and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. The room is fitted with air conditioning and heating. The ensuite bathroom is decorated with polished handmade ceramics and has a sink, a toilet, a shower cubicle and a hairdryer.
