"First off the concierge services from Mr Clovis and Mr Phillip were absolutely exceptional. They helped me before I arrived and all during my stay. Mr Phillip went the extra mile to help celebrate my birthday with a little surpise cake and some singing!!! Both gentlemen were genuine and friendly and so were the staff members i encountered. The property is spectacular, the art, the sculptures, the ducks absolutely fabulous however i did notice a few issues. It seemed that my tub was backwards....

"Beautiful home with plentiful space and privacy. The location faces north west overlooking the valley. The community is gated with a security entrance. If you come up the road from El Valle there is another security gate that closes at 6pm, so be mindful of time or plan on an additional hour from that route. The only minor issue is the kitchen area. The knives are blunt dull and there is no seasoning or any stocked items to assist with making food. That's not why we're here of course, but...

"The view is priceless! The place while not huge, fit our family of 5. The pool is really special, especially on hot days. This very unique place includes stars you'd never see in a city, access to near-private waterfalls, and beautiful nature paths. However, we made the mistake of not renting (you have to have a private car to enter the gated community) a 4-wheel drive vehicle. This place NEEDS one even to just get up the driveway. Getting around the area is also hard without an SUV. You are not...

"The hotel is beautiful and the staff is amazing. We had a lovely stay in a 2 room suite next to the grand salon. We had access to our own kitchen and living space. The pool was perfect for our 2 daughters. The food was outstanding. We had a lovely stay and highly recommend. "
