"Had a 2 night stay which was lovely.room was clean and had everything you need ouside shower nice. The setting was pretty pool area nice and relaxed lovely kept gardens.didnt use spa but would have done if our stay was longer.beach area good.food was really expeptional and service at mealtime by young man was great.lovely staff tammy and joe really made sure guests stay was perfect.we have been to numerous resorts in samoa and found customer service lacking but our stay here was perfect"

"Included breakfast was quite good and they did change up the food items. Their coffee is tasty and I was really surprised by this. We went to dinner one night and only one night food was overpriced and not good at all. You’d be better off going into town to eat People at the front desk were very nice and responsive when issues came up . Room wasn’t great in great Repair But it Was comfortable and fairly spacious. "

"we arrived as planned late at night and were shown to our room by the driver. There were pools of rainwater on the floor. The AC outside the window was making a humming noise which made it impossible to sleep. We were given a ground-floor room although we had been promised a 1st-floor room. Lovely free Fiafia cultural show by local village on Saturday night. "Stayed in a beach Fales and was amazing. Right on the beach the sea underneath us at high tide. Back to basics loved the experience glamping the Samoan way. Star gazing and listening to the waves at night. Beautiful sunrise in the morning and watching the wildlife wake up. Good amenities and food was sort of ok. Would definitely recommend staying here on the beach. "

"Great location for waves/ winds during October. You ca use the families boat for going to surf spots or arrange a pick up with the other surf guides who are near bye. William has the surfing bug and is keen to get out there with you. I had a great week, great adventure and lovely downntime. Which is what this Dad who had a week to him self needed. "The staff as always were Super friendly. This is the 2nd stay me and my family have had here. And they never disappoint. It was unfortunate our original room wasn’t available due to renovations. "we arrived as planned late at night and were shown to our room by the driver. There were pools of rainwater on the floor. The AC outside the window was making a humming noise which made it impossible to sleep. We were given a ground-floor room although we had been promised a 1st-floor room. Although we were moved upstairs the next day, this was just the beginning of a not-very-successful stay. The grounds and the rooms are ok (apart from the noisy AC), but the staff appears tired and unenthusiastic particularly in the restaurant and in the reception. Getting a wifi code (to the very bad wifi) was a long process that could only be handled by the director within her working hours. Breakfast is substandard. The driver was the only exception to this "
