As soon as you enter, you'll be greeted by a cosy lounge (approx. 30m2) with high ceilings and charming furniture typical of the original period, adding a nostalgic touch to the atmosphere. The living room opens onto a terrace located on the stone façade of the Rhune, offering a pleasant view over the garden planted with cork oaks, pines and arbutus trees.
The dining area, in harmony with the fitted and equipped kitchen (26 m2), opens onto the rear of the house, with a lovely terrace sheltered by a motorised pergola. This outdoor space is ideal for enjoying meals al fresco or simply relaxing. Utility room (4m2) with washing machine and washbasin. WC with washbasin.
The sleeping area comprises four bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 (4x2.68): 1 double bed - Bedroom 2 (2.50x3.50) (cupboard) for children: 2 single beds - Bedroom 3 (2.55x3.50) (cupboard): 1 double bed.
Shower room 1 with skylight: double washbasin and walk-in shower.
Bedroom 4 (3.02x3.47) with French window: 1 double bed (160x200)
Shower room 2: washbasin and walk-in shower. A baby bath is also available. An additional WC completes this sleeping area. The garage is locked for the owner's personal belongings, but parking is available in the garden.
To ensure your comfort throughout the year, the villa is equipped with a heat pump that provides heating during the winter months and air conditioning during the summer if required. A centralised thermostat regulates the temperature.

Villa Soroca combines the retro charm of its original era with modern conveniences, creating the perfect setting for a family holiday. You can walk to the marine lake and easily cycle to the town centre through charming little streets. This villa is perfectly suited to all seasons. Outside the peak season, arrivals are accepted on days other than Saturdays. Please note that linen is not included, and that the accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
