"Fantastisk beliggenhed. God service og venligt personale. Små men moderne og nyere værelser."

"House keeping lady was very helpful"

"Great hotel with nice rooms near Times Square and Bryant Park!"

"Virkelig rent, god beliggenhed, men dårlig service, uhøfligt personale. "

"Excellent customer service on the phone, at the reception desk, to the valet. Outstanding attention at every turn."

"Hotel was clean, staff friendly. We stayed 7 nights. Unfortunately construction was going on right outside my window . Had I known this I would have not picked this hotel. I feel like they should have made this aware for the price I paid to stay. I did request to change rooms they moved me to a higher floor in another room that was located right by some sort of maintenance room that had loud noises all night long probably even worse than the construction. Basically I didn't sleep for seven...
